Wise Wag Exchange Policy

At Wise Wag, we strive to ensure that you and your furry friends are completely satisfied with your purchase. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we have established the following exchange policy:

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the intimate nature of pet clothing, we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products. This policy is in place to guarantee that every item you receive is brand new and has not been worn by another pet.

Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be a challenge. If the size you ordered is not right for your pet, you can exchange the item for a different size within 7 days of purchase.

  • Eligible Exchanges: You can exchange your product for a bigger or smaller size.
  • Credit Note Option: If the desired size is unavailable, you have the option to receive a credit note, which can be used towards a future purchase on our website.

Steps for Exchange

  1. Initiate the Exchange: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of your purchase to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number and details about the size you wish to exchange.
  2. Self-Return the Product: Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to self-return the product to us. Ensure that the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.

  3. Shipping the New Product: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the new size to you promptly. You will be notified once your new item is on its way.

Important Notes

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. Wise Wag will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team immediately. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom Made Orders: Products that are custom made according to your specifications cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
